Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Lehighton, PA

Hourly Pay: $14.33 per hour

Overall Objective of Job: As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of specialized and confidential clerical and administrative tasks.



  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Experience:

  • 2-3 years of work experience in an office environment.

Essential Functions of the Job:

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for various aspects of the Workforce Development Board, including WIOA or EARN based programs as required.
  2. Maintain files, plans, agreements, and prepare letters, forms, reports, and other correspondence as necessary.
  3. Handle public inquiries and direct callers to the appropriate personnel.
  4. Prepare legal notices for meetings, request for proposals, and other legal notifications as mandated.
  5. Organize Workforce Development Board meetings, make reservations, and attend to other details as needed.
